The most important people in the Bling team are the fantastic staff working in the stores, we just couldn't be Bling without them. All Bling staff are chosen for their enthusiasm and love of fashion accessories, and their fun approach to sales.

Our sales consultants will go out of their way to help. They encounter numerous questions and requests like, "what do 19yr old girls like?", "what colour suits me?", "do you think my mum will like this?", "can I take you out sometime?"... I can't tell you what the answer to that last question is likely to be, but you will be hard pushed to find a fashion accessory related question they don't have an answer to!

Our friendly staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a stress free and fun experience in every Bling store; and hopefully emerge with some totally hot jewellery... and we think they are pretty good at it.

As bling is a wholly NZ owned and operated company, there are career opportunities at every level of the business, from head office to the warehouse to the stores themselves.
